About the Position:
South Africa Search & Rescue specializes in locating missing persons and we are in need of Missing Persons Volunteers nationwide.
Job Requirements:
Must be be at least 18 years of age
Attend a Volunteer Orientation session
No experience is required but experience is an advantage
Be available as and when required
Job Description:
Respect confidentiality and privacy
Be punctual and reliable
Have good communication skills and be sensitive to any situation
Be presentable
Carry out the duties listed in your volunteer position description
Be accountable
Give notice if your availability changes or you are leaving the organisation
Report any injuries or hazards that you notice in the workplace
Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures
Deal with complaints in the appropriate manner
Undertake training as requested
Ask for support when needed
Support other team members
Stand in at events
